A new attraction park is up and local Filipinos are flocking to visit. It’s called: Mirrors if the World which is located in Sikatuna, Bohol. From it’s name you can deduce it contains a lot of the world attractions in one big park. Some of the attractions are the fake Lady Liberty, fake Christ the Redeemer, fake Merlion, etc. White people probably won’t be impressed as it is after all not the real deal but to Filipinos who are not yet budget ready, this park is dream come true. Also for elderlies not able to travel by plane for health reasons might enjoy this. My grandparents were bored during our entire round Bohol trip except for this landmark. It is age friendly and does not require too much strength. They are happy to get their photos with these faux landmarks. What do you think about this park? I do wonder if these landmarks are not included in copyright law?

I don't think it is a bad thing. Doha in Qatar had copied quite a few landmarks too.

Yeah I think it’s cool. I mean it would be good to bring kids and tell them “oh this exist somewhere in my he world”. It motivates them to aspire and have goals to travel someday. I wasn’t aware Doha has it too.

It seems that I wanted to visit this in the future. It is also like the Windows of the World in Shenzhen, China.

Hi Bhem! Yes I think it’s still new since they only open phase one. They’ll add more as the park is quite spacious.

@JustBhem I am glad it is progressing. Although I also think that everywhere else must be improving too.

Where are you from Sophie? You must come. And bring someone to take your photo. It’s better than having a selfie stick.
