This is from DC. I'm told it was allowed to be displayed on "The Mall," but they coudn't float it (no helium allowed) over where Trump would be speaking today. Not all Americans are idiots. I want people to know that.

Is is. But DC would only allow them to use cold air, not helium, which would have allowed them to float it over where our esteemed President was speaking.
