I found my pizza dough recipe.

As usual, I was seeking for something else when a somewhat crumpled paper appeared out of nowhere. It was a copy of my pizza dough recipe. I love it because it is easy to do in no time. The weekend will start soon and I´ll be alone. Maybe it would be a good idea to make a pizza for myself. Food tends to be fun when I´m alone. It could be a pizza, a baked eggplant or maybe just some broth to fight the cold. Do you have some special recipes you love?

Yes I do. My great grandmother used to make us boiled potatoes in roux when we would visit. Or she'd make spam and tomato soup. Either of those are my favorite. I also love chicken and dumplings and pepper steak. I am not a big fan of pizza, but I will eat it on occasion.

@marguicha My mother, may she rest in peace, was a great baker but not a very good cook. My grandmother taught me about cooking.

I have many special recipes, some from my grandmother, like the real tortellini and the lasagne. Too hot for both and I am dieting, so not even pizza until the end of the month.

@marguicha We have a real Chef in the family and one uncle of my grandmother was the first one to export the tortellini outside their Italian region.

Oh that is fun! I don't think we have ever made pizza dough before. We normally just use the premade stuff which is the lazy way of doing it, but ehh still tastes good haha
