I am glad to be back here after few hours of non stop working. I cooked both lunch and dinner. Husband has to send some tutorial/ lecture to one of the Institute. And he had to send it by today evening as the video needs to played before students on Monday. He has done this a few times earlier and my elder one shoot it. But today she can't afford to due to her test and a basketball tournament coming week. So he asked me to help. Well I am not someone comfortable with camera and shooting a video of professional quality would be out of question. But we had no option and I had to do it. So for almost two hours I did this, shooting his video with a professional camera. I found it tough to keep the camera steady but I managed to. I shoot the first ten minutes with him in frame giving the introduction. Next 40 minutes of tutorial needed only focusing on the white board. I shoot the first part with him on his office chair. The video focussed on his upper torso. It was hilarious that he was dressed up formally with a tie on top and had his shorts and flip-flops on bottom. With few breaks and reshoot I could finish it in two hours. Now he has sat down and is editing it and compiling it before sending it to the concern person. And seems I have done a good job So next time I can be used again. But honestly I didn't enjoy it. Though I am happy that I could be of help in need. Holding the camera steady and focussing it makes my arms tired. And standing for such long has made my feet sore. So I would stretch my feet, give them some rest on bed. And to relax for a while I am going to do my favorite thing.. Mylotting It was good to try my hand at something new. Have you tried something new recently?? How is it going at your end??

You should buy a small tripod, a lot less tiring and you are sure the image will be perfect.

@arunima25 My husband often uses a tripod when he wants to make macro photography. I am not an expert, but I like to take photos.

My husband and elder one are too much into photography and we have a tripod but I preferred to use my hand. I felt that as a first time I will be in more control having it in my hand but I was wrong. I will definitely use it if needed next time.

It would be better if the camera could be held on a stand maybe?

Yes. Even I felt so. Husband had suggested for tripod stand but I was not sure as first timer. But definitely next time I will use it if the shoot is long.
