Having a Kid

Having a Kid is troublesome. Yes! It is, for you have to guard them in order for them to be safe and away from accidents. But having a kid is also fun, especially when they learn to walk, speak and when stuffs can be taught to them. They always put smiles on anyones faces and you could see as a parent how worthy it is to have a kid. Kids are blessings to parents, they always give meaning to life and they can become your partners as well.

What if your parents also thought so? Kids are never troublesome. They are always adorable.

Have to agree. People who have never had kids are usually those who say they are troublesome. Never for one second did I thought that my son was troublesome.

We have three of them. Or should I say had, three. Now they have children of their own, well two of them do. The third has decided he does not wish to be a father. I find that sad but a decision that is up to him and his wife. I will not interfere. But I loved having children in the house and have considered become a foster parent to get them back. But my wife likes to remind me, that is like borrowing them because eventually they will go back to their homes with whatever problems are there.

@ginamel I could not agree more. As mine were growing, I have three, we (my wife and I) worked to make sure they lived in areas where they could be exposed to the possibilities of the world, instead of the hopelessness my wife and I grew up in. We tried to set good examples and now, they are all grown and well into their own lives. It has been very rewarding to be a parent. They still come to us on occasion, but for the most part they are completely self sufficient.

@cperry2 how i wish my husband could be like that too. How i hoped I could get His support. The emotional support that I need so I will not be scared of what is in store for us in the future.

Kids are both great and terrible all at the same time. Some days are better then other is what I tell soon to be parents and there personality affect how you experiences parenthood. Some kids just never caught trouble at all and other are very much little trouble makers.

KIds are not troublesome, but if you are not ready you better not have kids, They should not suffer for your mistakes.

@Christina the way I said troublesoms is not that heavy. I am just pointing out that they tend to have accidents and disobey you as their parents at times. I do not know but someone is so angry with me for my word. But if it really is offending then i want to apologize

@ginamel If you said kids are clumsy at time and do not listen and heed to the words of parents I would agree with that but not troublesome.

My father always told me kids are great until they reach that awkward age. One day I finally asked him which was the awkward age. He replied, "The age where they've learned to walk but are too young to find a job."

@Simone i am a parent so I posted in that way. It may be rude to say that kids may be troublesome sometimes but it is a fact because they are on their playing and exploring age. However, they are truly wonder gifts from above.

Once raise a Christian of your own, it's no joke. But you have no choice but to rear them up according to the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
