Was just talking to my brother about something so stupid. It made me laugh yet at the same time shake my head with how stupid people can be.
My brother used to be a store manager at Hungry Jacks ( which is the Aussie version of Burger King ). One night he received a phone call from a woman who wanted to complain about how the "ice cream was too cold."
My brother didn't know how to respond to this but eventually said "It's ice cream. It's supposed to be cold." To which she replied "Don't be a smarta$$." 
He said "I'm not being a smarta$$. The ice cream machine is set at the correct temperature. If I was getting complaints about the taste of the ice cream then I would do something about it."
She told him that she would be ringing head office the next day to which she did only to be told the same thing. That it's a cold product and supposed to be cold.
Some people....really love to complain. Have you ever received or heard a really stupid complaint before?

@LadyDuck lol! I have no idea what this woman wanted. Such an odd thing to ring up about. I already said it to another MyLotter in this post but I wondered if she has ever complained about coffee being too hot. 
I actually love fried ice cream. Have you have had it before? I get it almost every time we have Chinese.

@hereandthere That is fair enough. I know that sometimes people prefer warm coffee and some like it extra hot. I can't let ice cream melt lol I need it to be very cold and not runny at all. I hope my comment didn't come across as me thinking people who want warm coffee rather than really hot weird. I just mean that this ice cream woman seems the type to complain about odd things.

@Hannihar That is definitely a possibility. I always consider that when I hear of customers going off but I still can't help but think about how silly the words are that come out of their mouths.

Your brother must have asked her to bring the ice cream and heat it in front of her and ask her if that's all fine now.
The first word says it all - “ICE” and in my life I've seen that to be cold only..

I really liked that cheeseburger with that cheese sauce on it. The burgers really are better at Hungry Jacks lol Not fond of their nuggets though.
