Lunch

Yesterday, my family & I went to Taco Bell.
I got a #5, Nachos BellGrande.
I ate the hard taco portion yesterday, but I had the nachos left over so I took them to go. That's what I will be eating for lunch, leftovers.
I know some people won't eat leftovers, but I just don't want to waste perfectly edible food.

I hope you enjoyed it! Leftovers is something we definitely eat here and enjoy. We've been truly hungry before so we try hard not to waste.

@jnrdutton I'm so glad he did and I know that feeling-one of the worst ones.
When we were homeless, nothing compared to hearing my kids say they were hungry though-they ate before us or for us when we didn't have food or money.

@LovingMyBabies I have deep empathy for people genuinely in need, because I've been there & it's no place I'd wish on anyone. I know it's especially hard on children.
I know not everyone has caring people to help them like I did, so I learned not to take it for granted.
I am glad you are in a better place in life now.

God sent us some angels along the way to help us and eventually got us out of there-it was a miracle.

Glad you enjoyed the leftover nachos. Some things are just as good as leftovers. Except for fries....those are never as good!
