A Texas family renites with their lost dog after nine years

Laura Gattarello is one happy camper after she received some good news from officials at the Sumner County Animal Shelter that her former dog that she gave away to another family nine years ago was found safe and sound.
Daisy who is a 10 year old Blue Heeler had the good fortune of being adopted by Laura when she was eight weeks of age.
However after one year, Laura gave up her pet dog Daisy to another owner who lives in San Saba Texas. Since Laura could not communicate with Daisy's new family after 2012. Laura thought that her pet dog passed away.
An official with the Sumner County Animal Shelter called Laura to inform her that her pet dog was found wandering the streets of Portland Tennessee.
Laura who in the company of her husband and two young children decided to rent an auto and travel 13 hours to Tennessee to reunite with Daisy and come home where she will live out the remaining years of her life.
How did Daisy get from San Saba Texas to Portland Tennessee. Only someone who goes by the title of World's Greatest Detective would know.

That is a good question since when the dog was reunited with her fist owners, she has some illnesses.

In my area there is some light rain. It is in towns north of Lake Charles like Moss Bluff and further north that are getting the strong rain.
