My tonight's dinner consists of scrambled and sunny side up eggs

This is the simplest thing to cook for me. First, I'll cook rice, whether simple rice or rice cooked with coconut milk, I am not sure yet. For chilli sauce, I think I'll have to buy it. It's too complicated to make it. For tonight's dinner, I think two eggs will suffice. Do you think I need slices of Bombay onion and some fresh vegetables?

@yanzalong Well scrambled eggs cannot be "sunny side up", they are scrambled, fried eggs can be over easy or sunny side up.

I would have been happy with just the rice, I am not kidding.. I am not to fond of eggs, but will eat the.. Looks great.

I am not fond of eggs either but I eat them because they are cheaper than meat.

Do you think eggs on rice with soy sauce and vegetables would taste good? Voila! Fried rice! I have never had eggs on fried rice.
