What it takes to be a Perfectionist?

As for Wikipedia, Perfectionism is a risk factor for obsessive compulsive disorder, obsessive compulsive personality disorder, eating disorders, social anxiety, social phobia, body dysmorphic disorder, workaholism, self harm, substance abuse, and clinical depression as well as physical problems like chronic stress, and heart disease.
So it’s a disorder due to some chronic stress.
Some says it’s a positive trait and can increase the chance of success also can lead to self-defeating thoughts and behaviors.
It may also cause stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.
Are you a Perfectionist?

Oh that is really troubling as many are trying to be. I must admit I am not I may be nitty gritty on my spelling and grammar but I would never admit I create perfect sentences in Mylot for example. For me for as long as you understand the context of my message that is fine.

@JustBhem She does drive me crazy sometimes especially if I have makeup on and she wants to "fix" it.
