My neighbors have cats

There are two neighbors in our block having some cats. Their cats often come around in my front yard. They sit around and sleep. I always give them food: fish, meat, and rice. They don't eat rice unless I mixed rice and fish. They are very choosy and leave rice uneaten.
The more we give them food, the more they get close to the door of the kitchen.

The more you give them food they will continue to come around, I am the only one here with a cat or pet.

Our neighbours' cat also comes around but never come forward to us as our dog always chase them away. But there is one cat who don't bother no matter how much our barks.. She/ he will go to one of my brother's room and sleep.

does your neighbor know they are coming? One thing about a cat, if you feed it they will keep coming.
My neighbor has two adorable cats, I don't like them to come, because they have to cross the street, but they sneak over to visit..

@yanzalong No, they come because they want me to play with them, When i walk by I always make a fuss over them.The owners work all day and they are bored, they like my dog and come out of the gate when they see us.
I don't feed anyone's pet without there permission, I don't know if the pets are on diets, or eat certain food.
If a stray cat that is different, but not these.
