Fun with My Son, and Foolishness w/the Sun

Took Eli to another lunch in the park today. After he ate, he played on the playground. It was fun watching him have fun. The only downside is, being out in the heat today aggravated a sunburn I already had from yesterday.
Today, I got some protection from sunscreen (except I foolishly didn't put it on my face.) Even worse though, yesterday I foolishly went out w/out sunscreen at all.
I should have been smarter, but what's done is done.

If it burns and is hot to the touch sunburn can be relieved by smearing on cold sour cream.

I'm sure it will, it is mild compared to some I've had.
The worst one I ever had was one from when I was a small child, it had me screaming bloody murder (not sure if you're familiar w/that expression.) Anyway, my great aunt treated it w/vinegar (it helped to take some of the sting out, but I peeled bad)

@jnrdutton I am familiar with it and heard it many times through my life. Lol.
I had a few myself when I was young that were awful! Then I go back to being Casper again.

I also get sunburns very easily if I don't apply it.

I'm glad Eli had fun at the park again...we should go a couple more times before it ends. But use sunscreen!
Sorry that your sunburn is so bad!
