Garage repairs done

Since the onset of the rainy season, my husband has been keen on having certain parts of the house repaired. We've had terrible kitchen leaks and flooding lately. Thank goodness, that problem has been resolved and we hope to not have rain water in the kitchen for some time.
Now my husband just had the garage ceiling repaired. We've had insulation and lighting replaced, plus a new wider sunroof installed. I like that our garage now has better lighting. Hopefully this would keep away the mosquitoes that used to stay in the darker areas of our garage.
And since the garage is close to the dining area where I work, I now get some ample sunshine when I'm writing.
Is there any part of your house that's due for repair?

@almostoveryou Swiss houses are very well built, we have an annual maintenance of the heating system and every two years they come to check the roof and the chimney.

We rent at the moment so no repairs here-my husband does plenty of repairs on other homes though since he does remodeling for a living. =)
