Time For a Quick Visit

I just checked and my last discussion was posted back in January. I do come by and lurk now and then but I don't recall the last time I made a comment. So what have I been up to? Trust me busy always. I currently work for a kitchen cabinet shop on the assembly line. Still a temporary with an agency. Funny thing is that I'm busy building the new cabinets for the building that I help demolish the interior of last summer. My woodworking efforts continue. I've figured out how to harvest more wood from the bush here for my woodturning. Getting some good stuff made too. With my son's help, I created a slideshow of my old two by four material turnings. The idea of this is to put together a Youtube series on woodturning with two by four cutoffs. It started raining so we weren't able to get started on a companion video I have planned. I'm not really thrilled with the slideshow. My narration is a bit flat. Maybe I should write a whole script before I start. Constructive criticism is always welcome. Hopefully, I can get a video ready each week from here on out.
This slideshow is a compilation of work I've turned with construction grade two by four material. If this is the only material you can access there is no nee...

You have some really nice items in the slideshow. I hope you're able to find a market for them.

Thanks for taking the time to watch it. A lot of the items shown sold or were given away quite some time ago. I need to refinish some of them to prepare them for sale. I'm hoping to build up some stock for the holiday season when I expect to be able to sell off quite a bit of this stuff.

@JudyEv My intention is to be here a little more regularly though I doubt I'll be doing a lot of commenting. Just don't have the time.

@koopharper That's great that you've sold some. I'm sure they'd be popular. Good to see a post from you again. :)
