Haven´t you noticed that making a menu is very much easier when you are doing it in your bed? Today I was planning on making burgers for Tania. Only that, when I went to the freezer, I discovered that I did not have enough ground meat. But fortunately, in my house nobody will starve. There where 2 very frozen chicken thighs. I had to thaw them in the microwave oven (something I hate). Meanwhile I found onions, a carrot, sweet peppers (a little bit old) and cut them up. As soon as the chicken was thawed, I marinated them with some garlic, salt and pepper. I fried, the chicken, then fried the rest of the cut veggies and started to look for sweet peas ( I found a few). I also put them in the pot. And so, that´s my meal, friends. What do you think of it?
