Keto Chow Review - Vanilla (7/24/19)

Hey everyone, hope you have had a great day!
Today I tried the final flavor of Keto Chow (at least from the samples I had...there are 18 total flavors I think and I only got 6 to try).
Anyways...today I tried Vanilla. If you love the vanilla flavor, I think you'd really like this shake. The vanilla flavor was really good in the shake. It's definitely not my favorite though....but I wouldn't choose vanilla ice cream as a favorite either.
Mocha is still my favorite! Chocolate would probably come in second, it was pretty tasty. I want to try the chocolate peanut butter, maybe I'll order a sample of it sometime soon.
Do you think you'd favor Vanilla, or some other flavor?
Oh, by the way....my sugar did good with the KC today. It was 96 before I drank it...and 2 hours later it was 78!

I would try vanilla too. That is good numbers.
I thought mine would be high this morning after the second birthday dinner and cheesecake but it was only 142 this morning.

That's good to hear....and what is good about vanilla is you can add flavoring to it to change it up. Thank you, glad my numbers were finally better today! All under 100.

I dont eat a lot of vanilla flavored things so prolly would not enjoy that one.

That's understandable! It was okay, but probably wouldn't get a full bag of it. I have a bag of mocha coming.

Your system is adjusting really well to these once a day shakes. Vanilla is one of my favorite flavors, I'd probably love this one, second to the mocha flavor, which I'd like best of all.
