Have U Tried Fad Diets!!!??

A very good friend once tried a diet where she was supposed to loose 20 pounds in one weekend!! She could eat two pieces of celery, a tablespoon of peanut butter, two slices of banana, a half apple each day or a similar menu!! Of course she did not loose the 20 pounds!! Have tried a fad diet??!! Did it work??!! How much weight did U loose!!!

There is no secret. It is how I found to lose weight. Every summer I do not want to eat much and like to drink more so am not hungry and eat less so lose weight then. One year it carried into winter and usually in winter I want to eat but not this winter and then summer again. I started this year to walk more and drink water and exercise 3 times a day and bought an bicycle stepper and put it under the computer. I do not eat in between meals now. So that is it in a nutshell what I do. I have to work at it all the time and try to stop when I am full and not overeat anymore and eat less of desserts.

I recently lost seven pounds in a week and a half, but it was from a migraine med I was taking. I guit because I couldn't eat and knew I would keep losing.
