My wife has decided to take a break from her Door Dash job after two disappointing (meaning total flop) shifts. I completely sympathize w/her, it's hard to get excited/motivated when things aren't thriving as expected.
She will try again Wednesday in the bigger town (Twin Falls) and we hope that goes better. In the meantime, I am sharing my artwork on a new site as well as here and my blogs. Eventually, I plan on monetizing my blogs but I haven't made the extra $100 needed to do it yet.
All the $ I do currently have goes to day to day things, but I'm not complaining. My life overall is pretty good, actually..got my wife, my son, my health (mostly, lol) the riches money can't buy.

Hi! Of course we all need money so it is important, but you mentioned something really importat: there are so many riches we cannot buy and sometimes we do not devote our time and attention to them as we are always going for other riches. We need to certainly value the other riches as you mentioned.

What's Door Dash? Never heard of it but sounds familiar. At first I thought it was some kinda food game. But you said "shifts" which means she works there...

Door Dash is a food delivery service (similar to GrubHub, Uber Eats, etc.)
(I'm hoping you're familiar with those.)

@lovebuglena Oh ok, well they are delivery services for restaurants that otherwise don't have delivery drivers. My wife is an independent/freelance contractor w/Door Dash, as opposed to being listed as an employee, per se.

Yes money plays an important role in our day to day life. It is very important.

I wish money wasn't so necessary.
Life would be easier if it wasn't.
