Meal Plan

Last night, we finally sat down for an hour and a half to figure out a 7 day meal plan that would accommodate all 3 of we gals' diets.
1 roommate=mostly soft food
1 roommate=keto
myself=Mediterranean
We might just stick to the meal plan over and over. If we get bored or tired, I guess we can change things up.
A friend that I do not get to talk to anymore, gave another friend that I do come in contact with, 3 Slow Cooker Cookbooks as a present for me for absolutely no reason. I was so excited. She knows the way to my heart. What I really want to do is, because I have not had a minute to really read my new books, find some recipes that all 3 of we gals can tolerate. Actually, I am so tired of the same dishes I have been preparing for the keto. Seem reasonable? There is one day of pork roast & sauerkraut that I am not eating or preparing, so I am going to have my ever blessed spaghetti & meatballs. Also, the meal plan only covers dinner. So, I guess if I need a dose of pasta, potatoes, bread, rice, etc., to rely on lunch.
Ok. This is my dissertation on meal planning. I hope I did not bore you too much! What's for lunch? LOL

You have your hands full. Every week my hubby and I work out a weekly menu. Some nights war almost starts but so far we have muddled through. We are eating a mostly vegetarian diet, fighting the urge to get close to sugar- ha ha. Its a battle!

That's fine you got your meal plan. However it seems to me I am in a state of limbo. I couldn't imagine what foods you are talking. I don't know what's a soft food, keto and Mediterranean. Please be specific. Thanks.

It's nice you and your roommates cooke together. My roomie and I don't share food too often, just maybe split a pizza or ask the other one if we can have something of theirs. We are good about sharing in that way.

My lunch/breakfast was eating left overs form dinner last night. It was yummy! The kids have nuggets for lunch today because that was what they wanted and some grapes to go with it.

I eat totally different than Tony, so I am used to preparing 2 meals for dinner. I tend not to think to much of food now, I am down 7 pounds and I just count calories, but I am not a big meat eater.
