Tropical Depression Hannah has developed into storm in the afternoon of Sunday, reported Pagasa, our weather agency.
This is the 8th tropical storm that visited our country within this year. Pagasa forecasted that another 3 storms are expected to have for this month of August.
Past 9 this morning, I got out from the house to fetch our grade 1 pupil from her school. Just a hundred steps I made, a heavy rains poured suddenly. I rightly unfolded my umbrella but a strong wind blew and turned it upside. I kept holding on it until I reached the school shed.
I took time out to repair or back the umbrella to its natural form and had myself dried up naturally until the class of our granddaughter is over.
The Pagasa furthermore said TS Hannah is expected to intensify its wind strength. It could be a severe storm. More destruction is expected. More floods are inevitable.
It's unlikely to make a landfall as of this writing, said Pagasa.

@resukill22 we need to prepare and be ready always. We don't need to move when the danger is already at hand.

Yes, this storm is not expected to land fall in us since the storm is pulling away from us. What were are experiencing are just monsoon rains being pulled by the storm towards it. This rains are all coming from the West Phil. Sea and crossing over to our place towards the Pacific Ocean where the storm is. Class suspension is everywhere again.

@Nakitakona I think in our place the weather shifted from gloomy to sunny day again. So I guess there would be another useless suspension again since the weather here suddenly changed.

You couldn't say that for every years more than 20 storms are visiting our country.

I have seen news about the suspension of classes. This storm is evil - last week, Saturday, our mentoring (bible study) was cancelled too because of the class suspension.

It's better that the classes had been suspended than endangering people's lives.
