Good Morning: Back to Baton Rouge Today

Good morning friends. We are scooting here and trying to get ready to leave the house and get to Baton Rouge today. My mom has an appointment with her cardiologist today.
I fell back asleep after hubby left for work so this is my fault with getting up at 8:35 today. We had a fast and easy breakfast today, pie with coffee. Hey, it's nutritional, right? Fruit for breakfast.
I am picking my daughter up to help today. This doctor's office is behind one of the hospitals in Baton Rouge and multi-stories. I will need to drop mom off close to the door and go park.
Now that the fast breakfast and coffee is over, it is time to get moving. I just wanted to check in with ya'll and let you know I will be AWOL most of the day.

oh those rushed morns! glad ya did get a smidgen more slumber though 'n not completely 'hind so's y'all could grab a bite to eat 'fore leavin' the house. glad yer daughter's gonna go with to help ya with yer sweet momma. safe travels'n hopefully good news from the cardiologist.

I hope everything went well with the cardiologist and your mother. I want to tell you that there is no photo more provocative than some roasted coffee beans, made me go to the kitchen to grind my beans and make me coffee.
