Hello,That pasta looks great, it looks like it has a lot of cheese and that fascinates me too much,
although I know that the post is something put days ago, my dinner today was fried rice with sausages, spices such as curcuma, achiote and black pepper, and vegetables.

@Michellekidwell Yes I know, here it is also common although it is not the typical dish, but it seems to me that it has a good ration of cheese and that it was not denied, some macaroni with little cheese are not macaroni and cheese! And I've seen restaurants that skimp on cheese.

I am still battling with a virus so I made my favorite corned beef hash baked a bit in the toaster oven with some shredded cheese on top but ate only a bit and tomorrow I will add a couple of eggs to it.
