Rain and Flood caused army support situation

So the rain is going out of control. And my contact with the city has stopped due to water covering the bridge. So I am on island surrounding by water. We have functioning mobile towers and no issues for internet because of that. But it seems like they may send the army to this area of the town..
No work for 1 week from what I have heard.. I just hope rain stops now...

My Thursday is going great. We are only experiencing short rains here this month.

its been cloudy day but no rain and it's good because we have a lot of rain last week so we can't go anywhere at that time. we have good rain this season and we are happy for it, today its cloudy and weather reports said heavy rain in the next 24 hours.
