Today being Thursday, it's rock painting day. I changed things up at the Y this morning so I could get home, hang up my suit and eat before I left instead of after I got home.
I had a good workout this morning, in the pool and fitness center focusing on cardio. I'm going to change up my routine. I'll still go to the fitness center every day, but I'm going to switch off cardio and strength training, with one day no swimming but end the fitness center in the hot tub as I'm certain it will feel wonderful on my knees after a good strength workout.
So, here are my numbers for yesterday.
Calories: 1380
Sugar: 87.84
Carbs: 219.34
Protein: 43.8
Sodium: 550
Fat: 38.7
I had to eat a little extra yesterday to make certain I got my sodium count where it should be. It's interesting I know what I need to eat now to keep my numbers where they belong. Yea!

sounds a good plan :) yup, good idea to know what our bodies need 'n provide such to prevent disaster. hope ya 'njoyed yer rock paintin'.
triple digits 'lready here. they came to deliver propane this morn (the hubs let't run out...'gain - e'en though i told him such 'twas needed - surprise!! he found out with a cold shower) jest to find that the valve'n the tank 'tis out'ta regulation. which'd not be too shockin', 'tis original. odd nobody's noticed/said anythin'?? supposedly such should'a been switched out 'bout 15yrs 'go. guess what? they can't tend to such 'til monday. reckon we'll see how good a water heater that danged camper's. i heat water'n a hot plate this morn fer a spit bath, but doin' such'll not suffice 'til monday.

@just4him yes ma'am, that'd be what i told the fella. our original companies been bought out 3 times now?? the fella today said this newest company'd fired quiet a few 's 't seems they've not been documentin' these sort'a thingies, nor puttin' order'n fer 'em to be changed.
seems august's gonna be a horrid month 'f 'nexpected 'xpenses once 'gain.
yer welcome. sorry to learn 'f yer achy joints, perhaps ya need to do a bit slower'n build back'p?

@crazyhorseladycx At least they're going to get it switched now.
There's always one month with unexpected expenses.
I'll be fine and when I get back to the fitness center tomorrow, I'll probably get them all worked out. At least I hope so.

15 Years? That's a long time to go with the wrong valve. I hope you can make due until Monday when they can switch it out.

I think so too after I did an all cardio workout this morning. I'm stiff and sore. It could also be the fact I haven't been there since Monday.
My friend at rock painting told me I look skinnier. You know that made me very happy and I look forward to the scale next Tuesday.

Thank you. This day is far from over. I have small group here in a couple of hours so I want to get as much done here as possible, and after small group is the Packers game - first game of the preseason. I can't wait for football to start. As always, I'm hoping for a good season leading to the Super Bowl.
