Frustrated w/My Sleep Issues

I have to be up in a few short hours to do the 2nd day of the yard sale my wife & I have planned, but I can't sleep. I have been up watching old episodes of "Behind The Music" and other music shows. I am hoping I get tired soon. I seem to be tired at all the WRONG times, and often unable to sleep when I actually should, which isn't always bad on slower days, but on more busy days it's a major problem.

I'm feeling this way right about now... I made a previous post about DSPD. I had my schedule "fixed" but it only takes a little to throw it out of wack.

i know the feeling.i've had chronic insomnia all my life. on the upside,i find things to do when i can't sleep.i probably get more done per day than most people. you might want to get some epsom salts and soak in the tub.something about the salt water helps me sleep sometimes.

That'd work if I had a tub, unfortunately we have only a walk in shower. I am considering maybe trying warm milk or tea, some people swear it works for them when they have sleep issues.

@jnrdutton some people it might. one thing that's made a huge difference for me lately is those CBD gummies.i don't know how you feel about those,but i swear to you it has helped.shuts the mind up somewhat.

@scarlet_woman I had never heard of CBD gummies, and from the little bit I read (after Googling) I wouldn't use them personally. If they work for you though, that's great.

I've given up trying to sleep. I stay up; and if I conk out I manage to get a couple hours of sleep. Good luck with the yard sale.

I understand you. Do you fall asleep early usually? I mean when you can sleep. I also have problems with my sleep.
