I just came back from dinner.

Claudia invited me to a sushi house that has an outdoor playground. So it is Sofía´s preferred restaurant. We had all sorts of delicious rolls and I asked for a cup of red wine. Claudia had a Coke and the children got real strawberry juice. We even asked for a cheesecake with 4 spoons to eat among us all. Claudia drove her car for the first time since her surgery. She will still lend it to Carolina, but she will have it on weekends. The doctor said she could do it and that the surgery had developed wonderfully. So she brought me home. I gave Luna her meds and took mine and I´m now in my bed. What did you do today, friends?

I like sushi, I make the rolls at home time by time, particularly when a couple of friends come to visit, they love sushi.

@cacay1 You can add to the sushi rice any ingredient you like, raw tuna, raw salmon, cooked shrimps, even imitation crab and avocado (my favorite). The tuna anyway is RAW!

@cacay1 Eat those with imitation crab and avocado or those made with cooked shrimps. I also avoid raw fish.

I want to try sushi some time, but haven't yet. I'm glad you enjoyed a delicious lunch, with Claudia and Sofia:) It's so good to hear, that Claudia is healing up, after surgery

Sounds like a good family time at dinner. Restaurants with play area were always my favorite ones when my children were young. Good that Claudia has improved well with her surgery.
