Was craving something sweet today. So I decided to make a peach cobbler. It is one of many favorite desserts. I apologize ahead of time to those of you who are diabetic or cannot have sugar.
This is a recipe from my dear Grandmother. I make it often especially during the winter. One cup of flour, milk and sugar and a large can of peaches. And you can substitute whatever kind of fruit you like.
She would also make pear cobbler often as she had pear trees.
Photo is mine.
Great memories of my Momma making blackberry cobbler using the wild blackberries we would pick for her. So happy to have these great memories.
Hope you all had a great Sunday.

So is it one cup each of flour, milk and sugar? Or do you add to taste? I bet I could make this. I use recipes with few ingredients if possible. But I would have to use rice flour or other gluten free flour.
