bakso aci for breakfast today

hello everyone, good morning from Indonesia. it is 10 am here in my place and i wanna tell you about my breakfast menu this morning. a few days ago i ordered an instant food online from Bandung (one of the cities in Indonesia), the package is like an instant noodles if we want to eat it, we can just boil it and add some spices from the package. this one is called Bakso Aci, or in english you may call it meatball. but this one is different. Aci meatballs are basically meatballs made from a mixture of flour and starch. It's just that in the West Java, starch is usually called aci flour. That is why we call it bakso aci or aci meatballs. The chewy and savory sensation of aci meatballs is very different from meatballs in general. Usually the aci meatballs are served with lime, sambal, and fried onions. this is how the bakso aci looks like, anyway this one is spicy, i added some chilli powder
