2019 Health Journey | Days 219-224

Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing well. I know, I haven't posted about my food in almost a week. I haven't been eating how I should, so that is pretty much the only reason. During the 3 days of the yard sale, I wouldn't eat till around 4 PM....I think 2 of the days I ate one meal and then later a snack/dessert. I will be getting back on track Wednesday (Tuesday is shopping day and I take those days off). I know, I did not meet my August goals at all. I am trying to think of how to get back on track and stick to things. Thinking Keto Chow and homemade baconators (bunless of course). I also need to seriously get back into working out. Anyways, how have you all done with food (and exercise if you do that)?

When it comes to food, I eat what I want with no limit at all. I don't get fat but I know it doesn't mean that I'm healthy. I've been lazy for almost two years now and no exercise at all. I know I should try and join the adult ballet class or at least go the gym.

Sorry to hear about not walking every day as you were before. Hopefully you can get back to that, if that is what you want to do. Sticking to a healthy diet can be a difficult thing, I hear you. I have not got back on track as I planned to.
