Really easy chicken dish

I made a dish two nights ago that I had found online. It was super easy and had decent flavor. I didn't sprinkle parsley over the top like you see in the photo.
Anyway, I followed the directions exactly, but I'm also going to tell you the changes I plan to make the next time. I thought the original recipe was a little bland, but you might not.
Instead of water, I'm going to use chicken broth to add some flavor to the sauce. If you have very small chicken breasts then you might want to use four and pound them thin. Mine were large, so I cut each one in half to create two thinner pieces.
I seasoned my breasts with Adobo seasoning (not Filipino, but Mexican) which I use like garlic salt and pepper. I believe you could use a chutney instead of salsa. Salsa is a blend of tomatoes, onions, Chile peppers and seasonings. I was using up what I had on hand, so some of the salsa had peaches in it.
I'm sure you could also use other types of mildly flavored poultry like quail, Guinea hens or turkey. I think this recipe would work in almost any cuisine depending on how you adjust the ingredients.
Here's the original recipe.
Buen provecho, everyone!
