A rondo of rain

Do you know what a rondo is? It's a musical piece that has the form ABACADA, with the first theme repeating and interspersed by other themes that are different. Today, we are on the very edge of a typhoon, and our weather was like a rondo. Hot sun and humidity. Little bit of rain and cool. Hotter sun and humidity. Regular amount of rain and cooler. Hot sun and lots and lots of humidity. Downpour with wind (and my window was open) Hot sun and rainbow! The rainbow was the coda.

I rremember, in high school, writing about a short story and comparing it to a sonata. The teacher made me read it out to the class so it must have been okay. lol
