This morning, my daughter Claudia called me to tell me the happy news that her health insurance had paid part of her surgery. She has an additional insurance but it will take some time before the rest of the money is returned. She will not need part of the money I had lent her just in case, so I placed that money in a deposit with interests. As she has some money, she wants to go out for lunch with Rafael and the 3 eldest children and their BFs. Claudia knows them, but Rafael is of the old school and it is difficult for him to accept that girls around 28 years old can have stable boy friends. Claudia asked me to babysit the smaller children and I accepted. As part of the treat, she is paying for me to take them to a restaurant nearby. There´s a Ruby Tuesday 4 blocks from my house and I´ll take them there. The restaurant has enough French fries and ketchup to make Sofía happy and I´ll buy those delicious ribs with barbecue sauce. A wonderful Sunday plan, don´t you think?
