hello ! i have an interesting dish i should share here, i think some people have never tried this food before expect for my indonesian friends, they must have tried eating this. have you ever heard about Lava Meatball? Lava meatballs are large meatballs with small meatballs and spicy chili sauce which we call lava inside of it. here we usually don't eat the meatball with soup, but with a steaming hot spicy BBQ sauce in a hotplate. for anyone who loves spicy, they must love this meatball! have you found this kind of meatball where you live?

I have actually not heard of these, but I love the idea of them. I'd forgo anything hot and spicy. But otherwise this would be an interesting thing to try.

As a descendant of Italians, I like the meatloaf with more color on the outside of the meat, however I like what I see inside, it looks exquisite.

@sophie09 Yes, you are right. I tried to find out how far "bakso rusuk joss" from my place, apparently about 8.7 kilometers from my house. But i think i will go there after this pandemic ia gone :)
