Grounded Coffee Removes Odors

When I was working in a hospital, I saw a nurse spread grounded coffee over stinky what's it containing rubbish and things like that. I asked her why grounded coffee was used. She said it could remove odors. Did you ever hear or used it the same way? Image property: Tokopedia

no. never heard of this. but what i know is that perfumers use this in their stores so that one can identify the different scents. once you smell a lot of scents, you cannot identify them.anymore so you just smell coffee beans

This is effective when a room stinks and we don't know where the odors come from. So, you put grounded coffee in all corners of the room.

@yanzalong Yes, it is the best thing to keep in a little cup in the refrigerator to remove odors.

I don't know the grounded coffee will have such an effect. I just know it can work like the fertilizer for the plants.

oh yeah i do agree with you... I don't really throw grounds immediately. there are so many uses of it aside from eliminating odors.
