Hello everyone. I hope you're having a good day. It is 80 degrees F and sunny right now here at the Jersey Shore.
This is the first opportunity I've had to write a post on my laptop today. It wouldn't connect for most of the day. I have no idea how long it will stay connected right now.
I went to the gym this morning. The workout was mostly cardio and it was challenging! After that I did the grocery shopping, put everything away, and laid down for a nap. I've eaten lunch and just been hanging around waiting to see if the sun would come out. . . which it finally has.
I think I'm going to go to the pool for a little while. What's everyone else up to today?

Good that you had exercise. I am a big fan of that and I do exercise daily.
My day was good. It's midnight now and I am relaxing with TV and mylotting.

It's beautiful here, also! Yet, it's too chilly for the beach(70degrees). If I went to city park, there would be scads of people out in the lake swimming around! lol
I'm glad you had a good workout, your body will benefit greatly from this! After lunch, I stopped at WalMart for a couple items, I hate going there!

@NJChicaa Most generally, August in Michigan is pretty hot! (it has reached over 100 degrees during the day, for an entire week). This year, our summer hasn't been extreme. September can bring some very hot weather, also.
