Do you like shopping at the wet markets?

There are two local wet markets near my house. The wet markets start at dawn until evening. The sellers there sell fresh fruits and vegetables, spices and local products. The wet market has a huge area where the buyers can explore and bargain.
I like going shopping at the wet markets because it provides a lot of fresh products, and I can bargain to get better deal with the sellers.
Do you have any local wet markets in your place?

We have small markets where people sell fruits and vegetables. One of them is open every Saturday I think, but I haven't been there for a long time, it is not close to my home. We don't call them wet markets, but they sell fresh food.

@Miss_Leafy I would visit them more often if they were close to my home. I usually buy fruit and vegetables in the grocery stores instead.

yes because there are things you can buy there that aren't available in the supermarket.

Yes, thats why I enjoy shopping in wet markets. Anyway, what is VAT free?

Here in Scotland I dont think that there are many of these around these days.
One thing is sure is that sellers here had prices on everything and would not negotiate.
I reckon the expansion of supermarkets killed Wet Markets here.

Oh yes because its where I can choose from wide variety of fishes and marine foods.
