Completed Fiction work after a long time

It had been a while - almost more than a year that I did some fiction work.
Yes I did wrote articles and a couple of poems.
But due to time, inertia and surroundings, I was off track from fiction work.
So it was nice to complete and submit a fictional story for a writing contest.
The Genre was Love and Betrayal which is not one of my favorites.
Yet I have tried to do justice to the passage which I was given, and as per me, one big my best work.
It is up to the judges to see whether they find it good or not.

I won one of those back in '96.
subject being something bringing good change . a subject I am not great at either. I was surprised I managed it.

All the best. Let me see if I can weave a story in the given time limit. Always enjoyed reading and writing fictions. But have not done it in almost a year.

@arunima25 do give it a shot.
First list your characters.
Then write broad points of the story point wise.
Approaching like this would help.

@arunima25 yeah and we also have Salman Rushdie for this season.
I am amazed to see some folks writing very polished stories. I bought books which listed the winning stories for season 1 and 2, and some folks have written some very great stories.
