I took a nap / myLot

I never planed to take a nap today. I took a nap and sleep around 3hours. I hope i will sleep on time this evening. How much hours you sleep when you have a nap?

@Moon24 When I used to go back to bed on Saturdays I would sleep maybe 3 hours and then hard to sleep at night.

Yes it is often hard to sleep at night. I am using medicine for calm so i hope i will sleep this night.

Today I slept two hours when I got back to my home. After two hours a text message from a friend woke me up, but I was actually happy about that. I don't want to sleep too much during the day. Most of the time I don't take naps. I just relax with a book or do something online.

@Moon24 Yes, I am happy the message woke me up. If I had slept for many hours it would have been hard to sleep in the evening.
