I want to make Vegans and Carnivorous people who are rabbit's right activist cry.
Presenting my lunch! Chicken fried style Rabbit leg steak in mashed celeriac. Celeriac is a potato like root, It's the root of a celery. I just want to show my Keto Wednesday lunch. I wish I have some gravy though but I already tired and exhausted to make gravy. Again I shared it with some friends and told them it's chicken.
It is red because I put paprika on the breading.
I harvested 20 rabbits today and all of them are now in the freezer. My breeder rabbits gave birth to 35 litters, so I will have a big harvest 2 months from now.
I am currently soaking the skin of the rabbits I killed in alum and salt because I want to turn it into a fluffy fur blanket.
Call me weird but I find it easier to kill rabbits because they don't make noises unlike chickens.

well, it is a traditional food--called spicy rabbit hot pot in Sichuan... I have tried that when I traveled there.

They are the least cancerous meat around. One of the healthiest meats to eat so I prefer eating them. I dont sell them, I just raise them for food. So I wont need to buy foods from groceries.

@Behindtheguitarbar It is because of what they eat. Also they don't use antibiotics and other harmful chemicals.

@hardtimes1958 Wow that is a lot. I don't think I can handle that much. Mine is for personal consumption.

so the fur blankets can get worn out? Am I allowed to wash fur blankets like we wash fabric blankets?

@CaptAlbertWhisker Yes, the fur blankets do not last long and you cannot wash them.

Chickens are cuter. I find it easier to kill rabbits than chickens. Chickens cry when they got killed.

Its a meat you have to raise on your own because its hard to find even here where people eats them.

Its a gross between a silver fox rabbit and a New zealand. Silverfox rabbits are very large. Hybrid rabbits have this hybrid vigor which makes them bigger but they dont give birth to much babies. So I kill the hybrids most of the times.

I raised my own rabbits after seeing how chickens and pigs are treated in those factory farms. My rabbits lives a happy life before I killed them.
