Many pub signs are quite literal, so a pub named after a bridge might well lead the visitor to expect the sign to depict a bridge, crossing either a river or a railway or some other obstacle.
The sign for the Burton Bridge depicts instead a fox and a goose.
There is no real riddle to this as despite the change of name the local till think of the pub by its former identity, The Fox And Goose, so they get to take pride of place with no bridge in sight. It makes an unusual compromise between the ormer and new identities of the pub.
