Nope it is not a sex tape and no he doesnt hurt any person. He doesn't say anything offensive. The video is him alone not noticing someone is taking a video of him. He is cleaning his ears and eats his earwax.
I know people do weird things when they are alone and he got unlucky he didn't notice someone is taking a video of him while he is cleaning his ears and eats his ear wax. Its an old video.

Maybe he has eating disorder, there is someone in India who eats stone, rocks, dirt...go figure...
I think ear wax is not tasty, I tried licking it with the tip of my tongue, it was ugly.
