Hey everyone, hope you are all doing well. Doing okay here.....I am back to share my food/health post for the day. Fasting blood sugar: 100 Meal 1: Teriyaki slim jim Mozzarella string cheese stick Blood sugar: 116 Meal 2 (wasn't on plan) Chicken chips and some pizza flavored potato chips Meal 3: Chaffle sandwich made with turkey and swiss The chaffle was made out of 2 medium eggs and some cheddar jack cheese Blood sugar: 108 Macros~ Calories: 1,448 Protein: 70 Fat: 107 Net carbs: 52 So even though my carbs were higher, my sugar at the end of the day was not horrible. I think 50 carbs is still technically low carb. So, what do you think about all of that? Also, how did you do foodwise on the 3rd of September? Photo is mine. It is the Chaffle sandwich I made.

@amitkokiladitya It says in my post....it's a Chaffle (cheese waffle) made out of just egg and cheese.

Looking better. If you are going to eat carbs breakfast and lunch are probably a better time as you have more time to burn them off.

It was okay for my first try....I am going to try to make one that people say tastes like wonder bread. It is a recipe that doesn't have cheese in it actually! And thank you...my numbers were good that day

Thank you, the 2 times I checked after eating were good. Forgot to check after the higher carb meal though!

@just4him sadly it was a higher fasting number today...but probably because of the carbs I had extra yesterday

Your Chaffle sandwich looks good; and I think you did fairly well. Do you think the Chaffle is going to work for you? Yesterday for my main meal I had 2 protein bars - 400 calories.

Thank you, I think my waffle maker is too big though for chaffles....but I think I can make than work with a mini one! Oh wow, 400 is not a lot...well for one meal it's not bad
