New Neighbors Moving In / myLot

The last of houses were finished last week in the new part of the neighborhood. Remember the part that replaced the dairy farm? I hope the new neighbors will be as quiet as the cows were. Ha! Today there are people moving in already. I am so amazed and how fast the homes are selling. They are expensive homes. I don't even think the paint has dried before people are moving in. Somebody is making some money. Time will tell, but I hope for good neighbors. Wish me luck. Not me in the photo, ha! Or maybe it is...

i've fingers crossed they're good folk, hon. 'tis amazin' how much folks're willin' to spend'n a home. i shudder to think 'f years 'f high debt, lol. lots 'f luck! 't least with 'em bein' high dollar homes, the folks're more apt to tend 'em well. 'tis not 'till they move out'n rent said places that schtuff usually goes a bit sideways.

Thank you, now there is just one more house vacant, but it won't be for long. I could not believe the price and the size of the lots are so small. Triple digits numbers! That is true, a big investment.

@crazyhorseladycx I don't get it either and they are spending a ton of money on the houses. These are maybe 1/2 acre lots.

I hope they are good and friendly neighbors too! I was talking to a neighbor yesterday about the houses nearby got occupied very quickly after the old owners moved out. I am also amazed how fast the houses are sold or rented so quickly here.
