I just read about a very tragic murder-suicide in Tennessee It was the grandkids usual visit to their grandparents, who were the mom’s parents. Suddenly something went very wrong. The loving granddad shot his wife and his six-year-old grandson and then himself. He left his four-year-old granddaughter alive and she ran next door for help from the neighbors. Then, of course, it is the usual story that granddad loves his grandkids that they often visited and everyone had a good time. It is then that I do not understand what goes through people’s minds and do they suddenly become crazy at the moment for something like this to happen. I don’t think I will ever understand and it is so tragic and so very sad and I can only say it’s the hardest on the mom who lost her darling son and her parents.
