Things for me now may not that fine but I tried my best to do not succumb on the ill effects of stress. Yesterday, I set aside my plans and I felt fine but when I feed myself about the things that I want to do this afternoon, it’s also the beginning of feeling drained. No! I don’t want to end up as loser so I disconnected myself of that thought instead; I take time to plant few pots of the plant in the photo. I think that was a good escape.

I stayed at a guest house on Bohol Island and loved the lady's garden. She grew some plants in her garden that my mum had as house plants. The Philippines has a lovely climate for growing plants. Opposite the guest house I saw a palm grove. I think gardening is keeping busy in a positive way. Try to feel happy when you are doing your planting.

@ZedSmart When we took a taxi from the ferry port to the guest house I asked the taxi driver about a one day tour to see the tarsiers and visit the Chocolate Hills. So the next day a different taxi driver picked us up.He took us to the preservation park to see the tarsiers. Then he took us to the Chocolate Hills where I hired a jeep to drive past all the lovely Chocolate Hills. The taxi driver let me and my daughter climb steps to see the view of the Chocolate Hills. He took us to a butterfly park. Finally we visited a tropical beach. It was one of the best days of my life. Wow.

Stress can cause a lot of problems, it is good that you have found something to take your mind off of it.
