do you always bring a bottle of water when you go out?

i see a lot of people bringing bottles of water with them when they go out.
water is very important to replenish the lost liquid but i must admit, i cannot do this as i always forget. besides, i dont wanna carry a lot of things.
i just bring it when my husband reminds me if he drives the car.
what about you, is it a habit for you to bring a bottle of water when you go out?

I always carry it with me whenever I go out of house even if it is for half an hour. I don't carry one to my morning walk though.

Dear, water is the number one of every dime thing on earth. So we should love it to the last. But as a woman, you might not like its accompanying outside, because of too many of it's waist product, which might keep some uncomfortable. Whereas some people love to drink +30 cups of H2O in 24hrs...even some people drink like +10 cups before waking up fully from sleep (:-0)

@Janet357 |:=D) what you read, is what I meant, +10 or less cups before waking up in the morning, he drinks and sleep, and wake up to urinates and drink again and sleep again and wake to urinate and drink again until its 7-9 am to wake up fully from bed. I know it may surprise you but its real.

I bring a small bottle of 500 mili liters to work. I carry it with my bag.
I want to bring salad and I tend to forget it. I can bring fruits in a special bag that keeps the temperature. A picnic box with an inner silver plating.
