Good morning myLot

Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 70 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore.
I just got back from the gym and grocery shopping. Our trainer wasn't there this morning for Strongman so we just made up our own workout: bench press, trap bar deadlifts, sandbag carry, and prowler pull/push. It was challenging and it felt great to be back at it after a few weeks of skipping the gym.
The grocery store was good too. Not crowded and I only spent $50. I'm still learning how to shop and cook for just 1 person.
Now I'm eating my unconventional breakfast of a pork chop and a sweet potato. Gotta refuel after a tough workout!

Today, I woke up early and immediately after that, I rushed to the market for buying a few apples. The apples cost only a bit higher than expected.
