TALENT OR HARD WORK- which is more important for being successful?

Talent is the thing which comes with our birth. It is GOD gifted we can say. Many people are talented in many fields. Talented people need less practice to achieve something. But they should know the field of their talents.
On the other side hard working people are more as compared to talented one. Hard working people need more practice to achieve their goal. Hard work leads to success. Practice more and more makes them perfect.

Talent isn't always a lot of use unless there is hard work to go with it.
