Do you have an extra computer or tablet, etc. lying around that's reasonably functional? Are you strapped for cash, or just want to make a little extra?
One suggestion I have is to rent your tech out.
It's something I am considering myself and something I know others have found success with.

I have extra computers; but I wouldn't want my personal information to be available to someone else.

@LindaOHio If you don't use them at all anymore, you could just save your data (on like an SD card and such) and clean/reset the computers to factory settings once you have.
Then you could rent them out.

I would not know where to begin? I have a Sears Zeepad that I dread and do not use.
