My husband said that when he got to the house someone had broken into it AGAIN and had gone through all the cabinets, totally trashed the living room, left the garage door up 1/2 way and stole my husband's weed wacker, 2 lawnmower batteries and his battery charger.
He will see when he goes back if they did something to the sump pump so that the basement would flood.
I can't wait until we get rid of this house.

This is the second batch that has broken in (could be more; but we don't know). Each time they open up all the cupboards and go through everything. I think this is the first time we had anything stolen. They're the type of criminals that probably won't get caught.

I learned the hard way a long time ago, do not leave anything at a rental house when working there, load it up. I am sorry they stole your stuff.
